Here’s a question - a woman makes a serious allegation in early OCTOBER and the investigation is still going on at the end of November? Is the Sarasota sheriff going to charge him or not? This poor woman could be terrified of retribution and this case slow-walked? What is really going on? Is a deal being negotiated?
