For the past two years RINOs and Establishment Republicans in Sarasota have been pretending to be Trump supporters, deceitfully recruiting new members into clubs on the false promise of working together to blow the whistle on the stealing of the 2020 election. All the while the "leaders" shut down the discussion. Now, the Party is ours. The RINOs can join us or get out.

Manatee REC board chose not to hold meetings for 3 months. Would not allow any action groups. They just had speakers talking about themselves in each meeting and eating up time. We would leave thinking ok we have a lot of work to do and no one here, meaning the leadership, is organizing any of it. They had a goon who would harass members, have them removed for no reason. He harassed members that filed motions for legitimate and important things like 1. Advance notice of speakers 2. Detailed treasury report. They were making the REC membership stand down, sit back and do nothing as if the DEMOCRATS are actually in charge of the REC. That's what the left would do, silence the opposition. They are either really democrats or receiving $$$ to shut down the REC. Orders probably coming from the top and most FGOP counties were doing the same exact thing, it's no coincidence. Chain of command Chairs>Gruters>RNC, R Mcdaniel-GOP, Mccarthy. The left is eating our lunch because of the IMPOSTOR REC leadership or non leadership is just working to get other RINOs elected. DEMS have so many programs for recruitment of young progressives. AND to get progressives to work in local election offices and municipalities. There are very few young people in the membership.

I was a candidate for House District 37 and I not only uncovered the fact that the RPOF (against their bylaws) funded 22 candidates (House, Senate and commissioner of agriculture Wilton Simpson) before the primaries to make sure that MAGA candidates did not obtain office. I have a group of 18 candidates who are involved with my initiative to go after the Party legally. I created paperwork to show this in August to show what happened. I then used this same paperwork to 100% accurately predict who would win the general, and imagine my surprise when I found every candidate who was funded in the primaries won the general too. I have reached out to countless media outlets and NOBODY will report on this story.
All of those things have happened at my REC. Think about this: Not ONE time has the RNC reached out to Scott Pressler. Votes don’t matter to them? Their distaste and disgust for America 1st principles--MAGA--marks them as just as hostile to middle America as democrats. What a travesty. But we are here and we are numerous and we are not giving up. Thanks for writing about this--without the knowledge that the rot was indeed across the Florida RECs, I might have ascribed it to a regional anomaly and looked elsewhere to serve. But nah, we’re staying.

You covered a few items in your email, so let me address each one.
The Board has no power to remove a Member. Additionally, every Member is entitled to their own personal opinions as you are, and can express them as they wish on social media. Mr. McCormac has not violated any Standing Orders, Rules, or policy directives of the REC, unlike other members.
The entire vetting of new members is currently under review by the Ad-Hoc Membership Committee initiated after the RPOF issued a new loyalty oath. Until that Committee reports back to the Chair with its recommendations, New Applications are not being accepted.
To be frank, Robert, you are not the judge of who is “in line” with Republican values. You are not the judge as to who is “a true Republican”. You are not the judge as to who is a “RINO”. That judgment was made at the Polls by ALL Manatee County Republican Primary voters. They chose who they believed to be the best Republican candidates to represent them on the November ballot.
One last item, you signed a Loyalty Oath to the Republican Party that includes promoting and supporting ALL Republicans on the November ballot. It’s apparent by your email that you don’t believe in that Republican loyalty oath any longer if you ever did. I think you are in the wrong place if you don’t promote and support every Republican that is on the ballot and have an “R” after their name, as you put it. That’s the essence of being an REC Member! If you can't be loyal to the Republican Party and honor your oath, then I think you're in the wrong organization. I think you should consider resigning from the REC and joining an organization more in line with your views.
I will start by saying I am a True Republican and I believe I everything a True Republican is supposed to stand for. I will not support any candidate , just because they have a R in front of their name and whose actions are not in line with the Republican standards. So I am writing you to ask the board to ask for Ted McMcormic to resign as the hospitality person for the REC. I am asking because I and many others feel that Ted is anything but hospitiable. I am quite sure you are aware of several recent incidents lately that involved him. Also the fact that Ted had a post on FB asking for certain new members to resign for calling some people RINOS. He also sent certain members a emil asking the sme thhing. In my opinion Ted is more deteremental to the REC than any other person. I will do my best to try to work with the present board but I feel they want to ignore the wishes of their members, especially the new ones, and run the REC lik a good old boys club. I have one other request. In order to get new REC members my understanding is that they have to be pre screened before they can be voted on by the membership. My question is can someone who wants to join get a application online, or pick one up at the REC office? Since October's meeting was canceled anyone interested in joining the REC would have to wait until the November meeting and the earliest to get voted in would be at the December meeting. I consider that to be a deterent for new members to join if they can't fill out a application and have it pre screened and ready to be voted on at the November meeting. Please advise me about my concerns.
We in the Hillsborough REC had a major debacle of a meeting in October 2022 where the GOP establishment tried to get us to accept new members only to vote in the December REC leadership election then don’t come again. We told Gruters hell no! Our December meeting next week will decide if we are MAGA or establishment. We will be a Conservative Patriot REC true to the principles of the Republican Party !

Amen to all u said.... But, I have to say I never trusted the GOP. When I got out of the army and had to deal with them when I was running for select women and was about to win and they asked me to drop out for a pal of theirs who wanting to jump in...hmm I was 27 and not experienced and dropped out. I was going to win...GOP actions and words do not match .
