The good ole boy system must be demolished and a republican form of governing re-instituted locally and nationally. This is commonplace around RECs. The establishment pretending to be conservative have a stronghold on RECs, if you dare challenge them, they will shut you down.
if you are interested in seeing what happened in Sarasota. Handing out the Rules should be encouraged to all RECs. That is how they are supposed to operate for productive meetings. Too many of these people who are elected to the Boards are power hungry and want to run it as a good ol' boy network and keep the members down. The boards should answer to the members. Too many members believe these are a club and they don't understand what is supposed to happen or they agree with status quo and establishment/RINOs. It is also happening in clubs that are adjacent to these RECs.

This stuff is going on in different counties, and with other groups also, here is a video of the Manatee REC trying to stop a lady from bringing in Hurricane guides a few days before the hurricane came through the area. At the first open REC meeting in Charlotte County held after Covid (prior meetings were on Zoom) our chairman Gene Mertha told us that Trump lost and we should get over it and move on. Hopefully December election will replace him with a MAGA chairman.
Byron Donalds told us the same thing after the 2020 election at our CCREC meeting, he even had the gaul to say that "President Trump agreed with what he was saying".
We need to get Deep State DC PAC's out of all our elections too, No outside funding should be allowed in (s)elections, period.
