Florida Republicans Need Your Service - an FNR Editorial (edited 11/20 1:33pm)

Dear General Flynn,

Florida Republicans need you to run for Chairman of the Republican Party of Florida in January, 2023. We understand you joined your local Republican Executive Committee in Sarasota after hearing about the activities of acting Chair, Jack Brill. Jack Brill was selected by current RPOF Chairman, Joe Gruters, to fill Gruters’ position as Chair of the Sarasota REC. There have been several reports of Brill’s behavior and most recently allegations were made that Brill both threatened an REC member with arrest and removal from the Sarasota REC for handing out copies of the RPOF Rules and Procedure document on a public sidewalk: See video proof of this here:

And yet, silent RPOF Chairman Joe Gruters has allowed Brill to continue as Chair of the Sarasota REC. And it’s not just problems in Sarasota. REC leadership, under Joe Gruters, has allowed horrible treatment of America First Republicans all over the state. And if one chooses to try and fight the injustice by filing a grievance with the RPOF, it goes to Joe Gruters’ ally and friend, Richard DeNapoli, Chairman of the Grievance Committee. It’s where legitimate grievances go to die - and by design.

The deck is stacked against us with the current leadership and likely to remain the same way because the Republican Establishment will be running their selected choice of Chairman who will protect the status quo.

The RPOF leadership has been silent as the Capitol Police were installed in Tampa to target Trump supporters - Republicans! This is a very real danger to the lives and families who are members of our Party for their political ideology of conservatism. The RPOF leadership has used its power and might and war chest to defeat great America First candidates in the August Republican Primaries in the last two mid-term elections. They appear committed to destroying any conservative Republicans who dare to run for the Florida Legislature. Protecting the status quo seems to be more important than the Republican Party Platform or the good people of Florida.

Sir, we need your principled leadership skills. We need you — a Republican Establishment OUTSIDER -- to lead the state Republicans with honor and integrity. We want to end the political games being played at the expense of our state, our country and our kids’ futures.

If you want to shake up the Republican Establishment, this is the way to do it: RUN FOR CHAIRMAN OF THE REPUBLICAN PARTY OF FLORIDA in January. There is no better candidate to run than you.

Please consider serving the Great State of Florida and run for RPOF Chairman.
