THE FLORIDA AUGUST 20TH REPUBLICAN PRIMARY IS APPROACHING
THE KEY TO REMOVING ESTABLISHMENT GOP CANDIDATES IS VOTING IN THE August 20th PRIMARY. An FNR Editorial
Early voting begins Saturday, August 10th through Saturday, August 17th.
Republican voter turnout rate has been 30% or less in the August Republican Party Primary elections in past elections. If you are concerned about the direction of the Republican Party, then no other election date is as important as August 20th to decide between the two types of Republicans you want to represent you and your family.
There are two factions in the Republican Party of Florida and neither will be reconciled with the other. The “America First” Republicans around the state are just as unlikely to become Establishment as Establishment RINOs would ever become “America First” believers and defenders.
The Two Types of Republican Candidates
First is the RINO - (Republican in name only) and you probably already know their name. This candidate is one who talks the talk, but that’s about it. They are usually well-funded by special interest groups - developers, big industry, corporations — and usually win by outspending their opponent. They get their name out and advertise with all those big donor dollars. They also use scummy political consultants who send out well-timed fear porn mailers appealing to low information Republican voters with: “Don’t vote for Bob! He is a communist and friends with Putin!” with a photoshopped image of poor Bob on his small fishing boat with his wife’s head replaced with Vladimir Putin’s face.
Once in office, we find these RINOs don’t vote the way we want - they vote the way their DONORS want.
You and me?
We’re left in the dust.
The approval rate of these elected Establishment Republicans hovers at 9%. They are professional politicians. And they get re-elected until they are termed out or die.
Second is the kind of Republican YOU likely are…. this candidate believes in the Republican Party Platform, runs on a platform against special interests… and actually means it. This kind of Republican truly believes in American Exceptionalism, the America First agendas and is willing to run for office more as a calling than a profession. They are disgusted by the current state of elected Republicans. They are willing to sacrifice time with their families and their businesses to give their constituents a real seat at the table, this is a candidate who will vote for the best interest of their constituency rather than big money donors.
And amazingly, most RINOs win in the August Republican Primary. But why?
Most Florida Republicans voted for former President Donald Trump in 2016 and again in 2020 because he called out RINOs and condemned the Swamp in D.C…. and frankly, he talked about the issues like regular Patriot voters do. Why was it easy for us to recognize candidate Trump as an outsider —not part of the Republican Establishment? For many of us, voting for Trump was the first time in decades where we were actually voting FOR someone instead of voting AGAINST someone. We weren’t down to deciding between the lesser of two evils…which are still evil.
Why is it so hard on the county or the state level to choose to vote for true conservative Republican outsiders? Is it only because the money poured into these races by corporate donors drowns out the conservative Republican candidate’s message?
Who’s who and who’s what?
We know that it’s sometimes hard to tell the difference between an Establishment Republican candidate and a MAGA candidate because the Establishment candidates use the MAGA talking points - they know how popular they are with the voters.
But only a little digging will help separate the fake from the real and it’s usually done by looking at their campaign donors and the amount of money received by their campaign. You can look on your County Supervisor of Elections website for local county candidates’ campaign financial information.
For state candidates, the Florida Division of Elections Political Action Committee website is useful: FL Division of Elections PAC
We also use American Conservative Union website which includes the Florida Legislators here: ACU Ratings.
What’s the key? It’s the Super Voters.
The key to flipping Florida to DEEP red is in the Primary. The political consultants, the campaign staffers all have the keys to the castle. They center all of their efforts on the only target that matters:
THE SUPER VOTERS.
The Republican Super Voters are the 30% who are reliable voters in every single August Republican Primary election. All the campaigns and the political consultants have to do is target their demographic in print, television, social media and signage to win the Republican Primary.
They will never target constitutional conservative GOP voters - they want us to stay home (They identify us by at least 1,150 data points collected on you and me that are for sale). And sadly, we mostly never disappointment them. All the Establishment has to do to win is control the Super Voters.
Republican Voter Turnout
In Manatee County, after the 2022 Republican Primary, one local activist wrote on social media “a whopping 50% of Republican voters turned out for the Republican Primary!” Toot, toot? The GOP ROCKS?
Reality check: that means 50% of Manatee County Republicans stayed home and didn’t vote.
With pressing issues directly affecting families like inflation - gas and grocery prices - the transgender agenda being shoved down our kids’ throats, school boards pushing pornography and Diversity, Inclusion and Equity (DIE) ideology to stoke racism, 50% of Republicans didn’t find those issues important enough to take the time to vote to help protect kids and families from sinister and evil agendas. During that election, several of the Republican candidates were quite fuzzy when it came to policy issues and weren’t in favor of the Republican Party Platform and the choice was clearly between RINOs and “America First” Real Republicans.
So you should get really mad at that 50% and if you’re part of the 50% staying home, you’ve lost your right to complain about your grocery bill or about being passed over for a promotion because of DIE.
What’s the answer?
Seek out people in your circle who are plugged in politically. Do your homework. Find out incumbents’ voting records. Educate yourself. Be ready to exercise your duty as an American citizen and use your vote to elect the best Republican candidate to office.
Don’t give up. This is YOUR Republican Party. YOU support the Party Platform.
Exactly. The primary is the war. We need to have our election integrity groups, our EFRW groups all vetting and checking off who is naughty and nice. I made a spreadsheet for the Republican congressmen using average of CPAC, Liberty Score, Freedom Index, Gun Owners Association, Club for Growth and Heritage Action Scorecords. I keep it fairly updated on my twitter site.: https://twitter.com/Amer1stHunter/highlights But what about the local?! How are the other counties doing this?
Government should let people decide how they live so freedom does not mean telling others what to believe .. free will
