America First Republicans are the REAL Republicans in the GOP

We are not going to lie. The Florida Republican Primary was a bitter disappointment as RINO (Republicans in name only) candidates won most races around the state. One of the most important races for Gun Rights supporters was won by Wilton “Red Flag” Simpson, who will seek the Governor’s Mansion in 2026 and likely win if Constitutional Conservatives continue to complain on social media and neglect to vote in the Republican Primaries.

We cannot be more clear:

THE KEY TO REMOVING ESTABLISHMENT GOP CANDIDATES IS VOTING IN THE PRIMARY.

It is difficult for folks with critical thinking skills to reconcile the fact that Florida Republican voters who voted for President Trump TWICE, also vote for the likes of U.S. Congressman Vern Buchan and former Florida Senate President Wilton Simpson.

Former Senator Wilton Simpson = Has never supported “America First”, even voting for in state tuition for illegal aliens. He wrote the Red Flag law, denying lawful gun owners access to life saving firearms to protect themselves, and has a history of accepting money from Democrat donors. Why is the Republican Party so divided in the State of Florida?

There are two factions in the Republican Party of Florida and neither will be reconciled with the other. “America First” Republicans around the state are just as unlikely to become Establishment as Establishment RINOs would ever become “America First” believers and defenders. A number of county GOP leaders refer to Trump supporters as “insurrectionists, domestic terrorists, threats to democracy” which is no different that the Left using the same verbiage to describe America First, MAGA Americans. Our own Party want us gone and the MAGA ideology gone. But the MAGA ideology is what makes the Republican Party Platform. Read it here:

So what keeps Establishment Republicans around the state resistant to the very ideology touted in the Republican Party Platform?

According to one attendant of the June Republican Party of Florida Quarterly meeting in Jacksonville, State Chairman, Senator Joe Gruters, a (now obviously a former supporter of President Trump), stated: “I know a lot of your (county) RECs (Republican Executive Committees) have been inundated with agitators this year. This is not new to us. We have had agitators before like the TEA Party members and the MAGA members in the past. My advice to you is to put them to work.”

The very leadership of our State Party views America First supporters as agitators.

If only they had put us to work for the Primary Get Out The Vote effort…..with tools that would actually work.

“AMERICA FIRST” GOP members of their county reported from around the state prior to the August 22nd Republican Primary: the WebElect app was no longer being used to contact Republican voters. WebElect was great because it had the ability to be queried to identify and contact just those reliable GOP Super voters. Instead, the RPOF had a new voter contact app called Campaign Sidekick which doesn’t appear to have the option to query the system to identify just those GOP Super Voters.

One RPOF Field Representative stated, “Why would we include the Republican Super Voter contacts in Campaign Sidekick? We know how they are going to vote in the Primary. What we are trying to do is drive up voter turn out by independents.”

This was a paid staffer for the Republican Party of Florida.

Independents cannot vote in the August Republican Primary. Only registered Republicans can vote in a Republican Primary. Reaching out to independents for the Primary is a waste of time and energy - is that what the RPOF wanted to put the MAGA GOP members to work on?

Chairman Gruters would have aligned himself with the MAGA crowd if he had instead identified the truth: the State of Florida is actually inundated with RINO Establishment hacks posing as “America First” supporters. But he did not.

It’s the Super Voters, Stupid……

The key to flipping Florida to DEEP red is in the Primary. The political consultants, the campaign staffers all have the keys to the castle - the 30% of Republican Voters who are reliable voters in every single election. All they have to do is target that demographic in print, television, social media and signage to win the Republican Primary. They will never target constitutional conservative GOP voters - they want us to stay home (They identify us by at least 76 data points collected that are for sale). And sadly, we mostly never disappointment them. All the Establishment has to do to win is control the Super Voters.

Republican Voter Turnout

In Manatee County, one club wrote to their membership after the election that “a whopping 50% of Republican voters turned out for the Republican Primary!” Toot, toot! The GOP ROCKS!

Reality check: that means 50% of Manatee County Republicans stayed home and didn’t vote.

With pressing issues directly affecting families like inflation - gas and grocery prices - the transgender agenda being shoved down our kids’ throats, school boards pushing pornography and Diversity, Inclusion and Equity (DIE) ideology to stoke racism, 50% of Republicans didn’t find those issues important enough to take the time to vote to help protect kids and families. Several of the Republican candidates were quite fuzzy when it came to policy issues and weren’t in favor of the Republican Party Platform and the choice was clearly between RINOs and “America First” Real Republicans.

So you should get really mad at that 50%.

What’s the answer?

Well, follow Retired General Michael Flynn…. into battle.

Flynn announced earlier this month he was going to join his local GOP in Sarasota County where he has retired. He said he was motivated to join the Sarasota Republican Executive Committee after learning what the leadership had been up to, specifically naming Jack Brill, who could be referred to as “toxic” in the most basic sense of the word. Vehemently anti-conservative and absolutely opposed to “America First” Republicans, Brill has left quite a wake in his path. Flynn, to his credit, immediately identified Brill’s war against Constitutional Conservatives. It took him less time to identify the it than most REC members of thirty years.

Be like Mike.

Get involved. Seek out folks who have a clue and can mentor you. Find the “America First” Republicans and join their merry band of Deplorables and continue to agitate the status quo. Find ways around the RPOF to influence elections and support constitutional conservative Republican candidates. Do more. Continue to do more.
