The Assembly was consulted nor voted for the endorsement. The candidate endorsed was appointed but wasn't living in the district at the time. However, the opponent has been living in the area the whole time. Not sure if he was invited to speak at the REC. Dirty Politics? Ethics Violation?

Perras is a blowhard grandstander as we have attended several events with him where he has hijacked the speaker - just two examples are (one who was teaching a campaigns class and another event that was a press release). No he is not. He was appointed by Trump to the Pentagon in the Dept of Defense and when Trump left Washington, he left to return to his business based in Florida. Have spoken to him several times. He also got a group of his military buddies to go to Afghanista where they had served, to rescue Americans left behind. He was able to get at least one plane load out but Biden tried to stop him 3 times from leaving. He was endorsed by C-PAC. I look at the PAC money flowing and who supports it. If a candidate seeks out an endorsement from a known RINO, where their money is coming from. i.e. is it mostly coming from companies or PAC or individuals or even in the rare case themselves. What have they done...not what they say...so there are various sites that I go to...too long to list here. If they are local candidates you need to go to the local SOE, etc...
Seminole should have voted for Sabitini, if they were truly America first conservatives. The RINOS in Tallahassee couldn’t stand Sabitini. That should be the very first and best test as to why vote for him. If you’re just now getting into politics and think Tallahassee is full of America first Republicans you are sadly mistaken! I have first hand knowledge of RINO Tampa State Rep Jackie Toledo laughing about him and saying they don’t like him and they put him in the basement.

Looks like he loaned himself $1.5 million and raised about $300,000 from individuals. Not sure what you are referring to.
